This timeless gentlemen's Elgin 1940's wristwatch is a superb addition to any collection. This classic wristwatch features a yellow gold plated case with a steel back. The watch is  in great running condition. A striking cream toned dial accompanies the gold toned case and is set with gold tone hour, minute hands. The cross hair dial is in beautiful condition. This timepiece features a second’s dial above the six o’clock position. The dial is marked Elgin underneath twelve o’clock. Its crystal is in excellent condition. It is a 17 jewel, caliber 712 mechanical  wind and stem set movement. Serial # X858503.  Case is signed STAINLESS STEEL 10K.R.G.P BEZEL.  Its case diameter measures 30mm excluding the crown, 38.5mm lug to lug, and 10mm thick. A classic band band with gold tone buckle compliments this watch. Verified authentic by a master watchmaker, serviced and comes with a one year warranty.
