I want to thank Romans Jewelry for the amazing help throughout the process have designing and purchasing a engagement ring, because of them I was able to get the dream ring my partner wanted and at such a great value! Thank you especially to Jacob for all the help during the process as he was very responsive and cared about exactly everything I wanted! I would recommend Romans Jewelry to anyone out there!

This is my favorite jewelry store!! I get all my jewelry from here, they not only have to best selection but amazing pricing as well! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I love coming in and getting my jewelry cleaned while I look around. When I need to get a repair done it's always amazing quality and lasts me forever. I will always go here for all my jewelry or watch needs!!!

My husband had me design my own diamond ring as a Christmas gift this year so we contacted Roman's jewelry store for pricing. The customer service was amazing from the very beginning. They shared the prototypes with us just a few days later, and kept us updated on the progress of our order. The entire process took a few weeks and I loved the results. My new diamond cigar ring is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a jeweler with a personal approach to customer service.

Romans Jewelry has been my family's goโ€‘to jeweler in Folsom ever since they opened on Sutter Street, and they continue to earn that trust year after year. They are the *only* place we take our watches for service, and I wouldn't hand our timepieces to anyone else. Their workmanship is impeccable, and everything they do reflects real expertise and pride in their craft.

Beyond the quality of their work, the staff is consistently friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Whether it's watch service or exploring their beautiful selection of fine jewelry, they make every visit easy and enjoyable.

Romans isn't just a business, they're part of the Historic Folsom community. It's rare to find a shop that combines skill, integrity, and genuine care the way they do. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning! Lost my mom a year and a half ago. Took her two rings to Romans and had a custom ring done with something that I can wear regularly that brought me joy and memories of my mom. I couldn't be happier!! thank you Inessa for working with us to come up with such a beautiful piece. Brought tears to my eyes!!

took in a 15 year old Bell & Ross Vintage 123 automatic mechanical wristwatch that was losing 20s per day. After their maintenance and regulation, it's now plus 10s per WEEK! Their watchmaker hit it out of the park, in my opinion. Plus it was expertly polished, both watch and aftermarket bracelet.
