How to Make a Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please note All SALE, personalized orders and custom pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Both natural and lab-grown loose diamonds are not eligible to be returned, exchanged only within 3 business days with the original diamond certificate.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, all certificates, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

To make a return, email info@romansjewelry.com for a Return Authorization #. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an RA # may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to the sender.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by FedEx or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well as a tracking number for your package. Romans Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Roman Jewelry reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. Romans Jewelry offers Free shipping in the United States on all orders over $350 or more. International shipping starts at $55. Any taxes / duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We ship to the following countries: UK, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Switzerland and more. Depending on carrier availability in your country some orders might be shipped using UPS or FedEx.

All orders will need to be signed upon delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement. Romans Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

Holiday Season:
For items purchased between the dates of November 20th - December 25th the return period is extended until January 15th as long as it is unworn, undamaged and unaltered, free of scratches, blemishes, or other signs of wear and tear.

  • Get your Return Merchandise Authorization
    Contact us at info@romansjewelry.com or 916-351-0220 to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Print and fill out our return form Return Merchandise Authorization
  • Package your order
    Repack your item(s) in the original packaging. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. If you have received any promotional or free items those must be included to receive a full refund. You will be subject to the full retail price of any missing items.
  • Shipping Instructions:

    Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. Please do not write “Romans Jewelry” on the shipping label. Doing so may increase the risk of theft. Please pack your item with a return form completed in a sturdy box. Be sure to put enough padding around your item. Do not ship your item in an envelope as it does not provide sufficient protection.

    To maintain a peace of mind, purchase shipping insurance for the full value of your item. We recommend any signature- required shipping methods from FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Most secure shipping method is UPS, Insured, with Signature Confirmation.
