Maintaining the beauty of your jewelry is easy. Simply visit our shop every six months or mail in your piece to receive a free cleaning and inspection. Return shipping charges will apply. This ensures that you maintain your Lifetime Warranty coverage and keep your jewelry looking new. We warrant and guarantee as long as you allow only Romans Jewelry to work on the item. This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, torn chains, misshapen bands, worn out prongs, or cracked stones. Wearing your jewelry during housework, washing dishes, gardening, working out, mishandling, swimming in pools and hot tubs is considered abusive treatment therefore voids all guarantees. Jewelry that shows visible trauma voids all guarantee.

Free Clean & Check We offer unlimited free cleaning and inspection to maintain your warranty, always at your convenience and done while you wait. A cleaning and inspection every six months is required to ensure preventative maintenance is performed at the appropriate time. Also, cleaning and inspection ensures your merchandise is always presented at its best as you wear it.

If it has been longer than 6 months since your last cleaning and inspection, bring your jewelry in as soon as possible. After we have cleaned and inspected your item(s), If we find any necessary repairs they will be done at customers expense after that, we will happily reactivate your original warranty.

When the item has gone through cleaning, inspection, and/ or repair we will call you to collect the payment for return shipping. Shipping costs range from $35 to $75 depending on the value of your item.

If we determine that your jewelry needs attention and it was purchased from us we will repair it for free. Otherwise, if your jewelry piece was purchased elsewhere, you will receive a complimentary repair estimate

1. Print out and complete our Jewelry Repair Form

2. Please pack your item with a Jewelry Repair Form, completed in a sturdy box. Be sure to put enough padding around your item. Do not ship your item in an envelope as it does not provide sufficient protection.

3. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. Please do not write “Romans Jewelry” on the package label. Doing so may increase the risk of theft. To maintain a peace of mind, purchase shipping  insurance for the full value of your item. We recommend any signature-required shipping methods from FedEx, UPS.
