Collectible 1877 Waltham pocket watch. A beautifully polished coin silver hunting case hunting case, size 16. This beautiful case features a coin edge, textured cross hatch engraving, and crest engraving. The case shows minor signs of age, only adding character. Waltham single sunk porcelain dial with black black painted Roman numerals and minute markers. The dial is in excellent condition. Beautiful metallic blue hour, minute, and seconds hands. The hunter case is marked Fahys Coin No1 787. Inner lid case marked Fahys Coin No1 R7879. Dust cover is marked 2A R7879. Crystal is in excellent condition. Mechanical hand wind and lever set, 7 jewel movement #2523667. Grade sterling, model 1877. Movement signed Sterling Waltham, Mass., 2523667. Manufacturer in Waltham, Massachusetts. Case measures 53.4mm diameter, 18.9mm thick. This timepiece has been verified authentic by a master watchmaker. Serviced and timed, comes with a one year warranty.
