If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online Purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date. We gladly accept undamaged and unaltered items, free of scratches, blemishes, or other signs of wear and tear.
For items purchased between the dates of December 1st and January 1st the return period is extended until January 14th.
All special orders are final and cannot be returned. This includes all custom made jewelry as well as any items that have been: engraved, resized, or altered in any other way.
We offer a complimentary one time ring resizing service for most of our rings. Eternity bands, engraved rings and certain vintage rings might be subject to a resizing fee due to additional work required to perform a resizing. All resized rings are final sale and cannot be returned. If you resize your ring during purchase all subsequent resizing will be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of all returned items. Once your items have been received and accepted we will issue a refund within 2-3 business days.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS
1. Get your Return Merchandise Authorization
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 916-351-0220 to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon approval your will receive an email with your RMA and instructions for shipping your items.
2. Print and fill out our return form
3. Package your order
Repack your item(s) in the original packaging. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. If you have received any promotional or free items those must be included to receive a full refund. You will be subject to the full retail price of any missing items.
4. Shipping and Insurance
For items under $500 you may use the prepaid shipping label included in your email. $9 will be deducted from your refund. If your items are over $500 or if your prefer to use a different shipping method, we recommend shipping with insurance using FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Ship your items to the address provided in the email. For security purposes, do not write down Romans Jewelry or the contents of the box on the outside of the package. If the package is damaged, has been tempered with, or missing the RMA number it will be returned to the sender.
